Bananas with Yogurt Recipe
Bananas with Yogurt
Ingredients:
2 tsp unsalted butter
2 cups lowfat vanilla yogurt
1/2 tsp cardamom
4 firm bananas, peeled and cut diagonally into .5 in. slices
1/3 cup dark brown sugar, packed
Cooking Directions:Turn on broiler. Arrange banana slices in a buttered baking dish. Sprinkle with brown sugar and cardamom and dot with butter. Broil 2-3 minutes or until top is bubbly. Serve bananas with vanilla yogurt. |
