Basic Baked Pumpkin

Ingredients:

2 tsp olive oil
1 lb pumpkin, peeled and cut into large pieces
3/4 oz unsalted butter, melted

Cooking Directions:

Preheat oven to 350°F. Place pumpkin pieces in a baking dish. Combine butter and olive oil in a bowl. Brush pumpkin liberally with butter mixture. Bake 40 minutes, or until pumpkin is dark golden and cooked through.
