Betty's Baked Bananas
Ingredients:
1/4 cup evaporated skim milk
1 tsp vanilla extract
1/8 tsp nutmeg
1/8 tsp ground cinnamon
2 bananas, peeled and cut in half lengthwise
1-1/3 tbsp brown sugar, packed firmly
2 tsp unsalted butteror margarine
1/4 cup chocolate fudge topping, warm
Cooking Directions:Preheat oven to 350°F. Arrange banana slices flat side down in a lightly oiled shallow baking pan. Sprinkle half the brown sugar over bananas. Dot with butter. Combine milk and vanilla in a small bowl. Pour evenly over bananas. Sprinkle with cinnamon, nutmeg and remaining brown sugar. Bake 15-20 minutes or until bananas are tender.
