Broccoli with Crunchies
Ingredients:
2 tsp unsalted butter
1-1/2 lb broccoli florets
3/4 tsp lemon zest
2 tbsp walnuts, minced
1 tbsp dry breadcrumbs
Cooking Directions:Place broccoli in a steamer basket over boiling water. Cover saucepan and steam 8 minutes or until tender. Transfer broccoli to a serving bowl and keep warm. Melt butter in a heavy nonstick skillet over medium heat. Stir in walnuts, breadcrumbs and lemon zest. Sauté 2 minutes. Remove from heat and add nut mixture to broccoli. Season with salt and pepper to taste and toss. |
