Broccoli with Tomatoes and Shallots

Ingredients:

2 tbsp unsalted butter
1 tsp lemon juice
1 tbsp parsley, chopped
1 lb broccoli florets
2 cups Italian style peeled tomatoes, chopped
1 shallot, minced

Cooking Directions:

Melt butter in a heavy nonstick skillet over medium heat. Sauté broccoli 2 minutes. Stir in remaining ingredients and salt to taste. Cover and simmer 4-5 minutes until broccoli is bright green and tender.
