Broiled Crab Cakes

Ingredients:

2 tbsp reduced fat mayonnaise
1-1/2 lb crab meat, backfin, cartilage and shells removed
3 tbsp minced onion
1 egg
1/8 tsp hot pepper sauce
2 tbsp Dijon mustard

Cooking Directions:

Combine all ingredients and shape into 6 patties. Broil 6 in. from heat source, 3 minutes per side, until golden brown. Serve immediately.
