Broiled Swordfish Steak with Rosemary

Preparation time: 5 min Servings: 4
Cooking time: 15 min

Ingredients:

1/4 cup olive oil
2 lb swordfish steak, 1.5 in. thick
2 tsp dried rosemary

Cooking Directions:

Turn on broiler. Place a piece of heavy-duty aluminum foil on broiler rack and brush with some of the oil. Press rosemary into both sides of fish with heel of your hand. Brush top with oil and arrange on foil. Broil about 2 in. from heat source 6-7 minutes per side, turning once and brushing with more oil during broiling.
