Carrots and Turnips

Ingredients:

1/8 tsp pepper
1 cup carrots, thinly sliced
1/8 tsp salt
1 tbsp parsley
1 tbsp butter
1 cup turnip, thinly sliced

Cooking Directions:

Boil carrots and turnips in water for about 8-10 minutes, or until soft. Drain. Add butter, parsley, salt. and butter. Serve hot.
