Cheesy Asparagus Bake
Ingredients:
1/2 cup canned diced tomatoes, drained
1 cup ready-to-serve cheese sauce
3 cups asparagus tips, fresh or frozen
1/2 cup tortilla chips
Cooking Directions:Preheat oven to 350°F. Cook asparagus in boiling water until just tender. Drain and add cheese sauce. Pour mixture in a shallow, lightly greased casserole dish. Cover with foil and bake at 350°F for 20 minutes, or until thoroughly heated. Garnish with tortilla chips and diced tomatoes. Source: USDA |
