Chicken Salad Sandwiches

Ingredients:

1/4 cup celery, chopped
1 tsp lemon juice
2 lettuce leaves
4 tomato slices
4 slices bread
3 tbsp mayonnaise
5 oz canned chunk chicken, drained
1 tbsp onions, minced

Cooking Directions:

Combine first 4 ingredients and salt and pepper to taste in a bowl. Divide chicken mixture between 2 bread slices. Top with lettuce, tomato and remaining bread slices.
