Cinnamon Pecans
Ingredients:
1 tsp salt
1 cup sugar
1 egg white
1 tbsp cold water
1 tbsp ground cinnamon
1 lb pecan halves
Cooking Directions:Combine water and egg white in a mixing bowl. Beat until frothy. Slowly stir in pecans. In a separate bowl, mix sugar, salt, and cinnamon. Stir pecans into this mixture. Coat well.
