Driscoll's Basic Yogurt and Cream Dip

Ingredients:

1 cup lowfat vanilla yogurt
1 cup whipping cream
2 lb Driscoll's fresh berries

Cooking Directions:

In medium bowl, blend whipping cream and vanilla yogurt. Makes enough to dip 2 lb of berries. Variations: Amaretto Cream: To Basic Yogurt and Cream Dip add 2 Tbsp sifted brown sugar and 2 Tbsp Amaretto liqueur. Rum Cream: To Basic Yogurt and Cream Dip add 2 Tbsp sifted brown sugar and 2 Tbsp rum. Orange Cream: To Basic Yogurt and Cream Dip add 2 Tbsp sifted brown sugar, 1 Tbsp grated orange zest and 2 Tbsp Grand Marnier liqueur OR orange juice. Tarragon Lemon Cream: To Basic Yogurt and Cream Dip add 1 Tbsp grated lemon zest, 2 Tbsp lemon juice and 1 Tbsp finely chopped fresh tarragon leaves. Or use chopped fresh mint or any variety of basil.
