Festive Chicken

1/2 tsp paprika
1/4 tsp garlic powder
1/4 tsp pepper
1 small red bell pepper, chopped
1-1/4 cups condensed cream of mushroom soup
2 lb skinless chicken pieces
1/3 cup buttermilk
1 tsp onion powder
1/2 cup scallions, sliced

Cooking Directions:

Preheat oven to 375°F. Combine first 4 ingredients in a bowl. Place chicken in a baking dish and sprinkle with seasoning mixture. Bake 30 minutes. Combine soup and next 3 ingredients in a bowl. Spoon over chicken. Bake 30 minutes more or until chicken is no longer pink and juices run clear. Stir sauce.
