Fruit Ambrosia in Pastry

Ingredients:

4 frozen puff pastry shells
1/4 lb pineapple chunks, drained
2 cups lowfat vanilla yogurt
1/2 cup sweetened flaked coconut
2 large navel oranges, peeled and thinly sliced
2 ripe firm bananas, peeled and thinly sliced

Cooking Directions:

Bake puff pastry shells according to package directions. Combine remaining ingredients in a mixing bowl and toss. Chill before serving ambrosia in pastry shells.
