Grilled Butterflied Leg of Lamb
Ingredients:
1 tsp garlic salt
1/4 cup olive oil
5 lb leg of lamb, butterflied, boneless, lean
2 tbsp dried rosemary, crumbled
Cooking Directions:Prepare grill. Brush lamb with oil. Sprinkle with rosemary and garlic salt. Grill over medium heat 15-20 minutes per 1 lb, turning occasionally and basting with oil until meat thermometer reads 140°F for medium done meat.
