Grilled Salmon Steaks

Cooking time: 10 min

Ingredients:

4 salmon steaks, about 6 oz each
1 lemon, cut into wedges

Cooking Directions:

Prepare grill or turn on broiler. Season salmon with salt and pepper to taste. Arrange fish on grill or broiler pan. Grill or broil 5 in. from heat source 4-5 minutes per side, or until fish is opaque throughout. Do not over-cook. Serve with lemon wedges.
