Italian Pizza Bread
Ingredients:
6 Texas white rolls, or 12 Rhodes White Dinner Rolls, thawed until warm and bubbly
1/3 cup grated Parmesan cheese
1/2 cup mozzarella cheese, shredded
Cooking Directions:Preheat oven to 400°F. Knead rolls into a ball. Sprinkle bread board with half the Parmesan cheese. Roll out dough on top of Parmesan cheese into a 12 in. circle. Turn over dough. Sprinkle with remaining Parmesan and roll into a 14 in. circle. Place on a greased large pizza pan. Sprinkle with mozzarella cheese. Bake 15-20 minutes, or until lightly browned. Serve warm or store up to 2 days. May use as the crust for your favorite pizza.Nutritionist Recommended For: |
