Lighter Scalloped Oysters

Ingredients:

2 tbsp unsalted butter, melted
2 tsp celery seed
3 cups golden round crackers, crumbled
2 cups large oysters
1/2 cup evaporated skim milk

Cooking Directions:

Preheat oven to 375°F. Arrange oysters, with liquor, in a shallow greased baking dish. Pour half the milk over oysters. Combine remaining 3 ingredients and salt and pepper to taste in a bowl. Sprinkle over oysters. Pour remaining milk over oyster mixture. Bake uncovered 30-40 minutes.
