Oven Baked Chicken

Ingredients:

1 envelope country mild coating mix
2-1/2 lb skinless chicken pieces
2-1/2 lb aluminum foil

Cooking Directions:

Preheat oven to 400°F. Place coating in bag. Dip chicken pieces in water. Shake off excess and place 2 pieces of chicken in bag. Shake to coat. Repeat with remaining chicken pieces. Arrange on an ungreased foil-lined baking pan. Bake uncovered about 50 minutes, without turning chicken, until cooked throughout.
