Peppered Chef's Prime

Ingredients:

1-1/2 tbsp garlic pepper
3 lb boneless pork roast
1-1/2 tsp rosemary, crushed

Cooking Directions:

Preheat oven to 325°F. Coat roast with seasoning mixture of garlic pepper and rosemary. Place roast in a shallow pan and roast 45-90 minutes, until a meat thermometer reads 155°F. Let sit 5-10 minutes before slicing.
