Petits Pois Nests

Ingredients:

1 egg, beaten
2 tbsp milk
1 oz butter
13-1/4 oz potatoes, boiled
1/4 lb frozen baby peas

Cooking Directions:

Preheat oven to 400°F. Mash boiled potatoes with butter, milk, and egg. Pipe into small nest shapes on a greased baking sheet and bake for about 20 minutes, or until golden brown. Meanwhile, cook the petits pois in boiling salted water for 2-3 minutes; drain. Transfer the potato nests to a warmed serving dish and fill with the peas.
