Poached Tuna with Sun Dried Tomatoes

Ingredients:

1/8 tsp salt (optional)
3 cloves garlic, crushed
1-1/3 tbsp olive oil
1 lemon, thinly sliced
1 aluminum foil
1/2 tsp thyme
1/3 cup dry white wine or clam juice
4 tuna steaks, 6 oz each
1/2 cup sun dried tomatoes

Cooking Directions:

Preheat oven to 375°F. Rub tuna with oil and garlic. Sprinkle with thyme, salt and pepper to taste. Place tuna in a baking pan. Add wine and top fish with sun dried tomatoes and lemon slices. Cover pan tightly with aluminum foil. Bake 10-15 minutes or until tuna is brown outside and slightly pink inside.
