Roasted New Potatoes with Garlic
Ingredients:
1/4 cup olive oil
2-2/3 tbsp fresh rosemary
20 new potatoes
12 cloves garlic, unpeeled
Cooking Directions:Preheat oven to 375°F. Combine all ingredients in a baking dish and mix well. Bake, uncovered, about 45 minutes, or until potatoes are well browned and tender. Turn potatoes twice during baking. |
