Scalloped Potatoes

Ingredients:

1/8 tsp paprika
1/4 cup parsley, chopped
1/2 cup skim milk
1-1/4 cups condensed cream of mushroom soup
1 small onion, thinly sliced
4 cups potatoes, thinly sliced
1 tbsp unsalted butter, cut into pieces

Cooking Directions:

Preheat oven to 375°F. Combine first 3 ingredients in a bowl. Add pepper to taste. Arrange alternate layers of potatoes, onion and sauce in an ovenproof casserole dish. Dot with butter and sprinkle with paprika. Cover and bake 1 hour. Uncover and bake 15 minutes more or until potatoes are tender and top is golden.
