1/2 cup apple juice
1/2 cup old fashioned oats
1 ripe banana, sliced

Cooking Directions:

Place oats, water, and apple juice in microwave-safe bowl. Microwave on high for 3 minutes, or until cooked. Top with cinnamon and sliced bananas.
