Tuna Salad Sandwich

Ingredients:

1/8 tsp dry mustard
2-3/4 oz canned water-packed albacore tuna
1/4 tsp dehydrated onion
1/2 oz celery, chopped
1/4 oz sweet pickle relish
3/4 oz reduced fat mayonnaise
2 slices whole grain bread

Cooking Directions:

Combine all ingredients in a small bowl. Season with salt and pepper to taste. Divide mixture between half the bread slices. Top with remaining slices of bread.
