help me to quit

I am a 50 yr old married wwomen living with lupus and other auto-immune diseases. I am also an older mom with a 7 and 3 yr old. I am a caregiver to a sister with mental illness and have a daughter that is mentally challenged, smoking has been my crutch since I was 13. I have tried and I know that quitting would be a plus for me health wise.

I tried it all, now I just want to quit! Everyone around me smokes with the exception of my husband, and the second hand smoke will get him. I Can not afford the patch, it cost less to smoke than to stop. HELP!!!
