Smoking

Posted by hp4248

I have been trying to quit smoking for 15 years. I started when I was a senior in college casually when out with friends and have continued it into a habit. I would love to quit and am trying to go to only smoke free locations to try to deter my cravings. My biggest fear now is raising my children in an environment with smoke and trying to demonstrate to them that they should not start the awful awful habit. I always thought those commericials on tv from the government to get people to stop or warning them of dangers were silly and unproductive. However, recently now that I am on my kick to stop smoking I have found that they are very motivating and could potentially influence my young children.
