Prescribing Our Preschoolers

According to recent data from the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention, roughly 10,000 toddlers in the U.S. age 2 to 3 years old are being prescribed medication for A.D.H.D.. But how soon is too soon to be medicating toddlers?
