Arsenic Levels in Rice
A study found in Consumer Reports states that eating rice once per day could increase arsenic levels in the body by at least 44 percent. The lead scientist on the study and Director of Safety at Consumer Reports, Dr. Urvashi Rangan, joins The Doctors via phone to further explain the alarming findings.
