New research suggests people who wear fitness trackers to help with weight loss tend to lose less weight than those who don't. The study says roughly one in five Americans now wear a fitness tracker, but most are not seeing the results they expect. In this Mayo Clinic Minute, reporter Ian Roth talks with dietitian Katherine Zeratsky about the biggest hurdle slowing their weight loss and how to avoid the problem.
