Banana Blueberry Bread

2 eggs
1-3/4 cups all purpose flour
2 tsp baking powder
1/3 cup unsalted butter
1/4 tsp baking soda
2/3 cup sugar
1/2 tsp salt
1 cup blueberries
1 cup mashed bananas

Cooking Directions:

Preheat oven to 350°F. Sift first 4 ingredients together in a bowl. Set aside. Cream butter and gradually beat in sugar until light and fluffy. Beat in eggs one at a time. Add 1/3 of the flour mixture and mix thoroughly. Add 1/3 of the banana mixture and mix well. Repeat process with flour and bananas until incorporated. Gently stir in blueberries. Transfer to a buttered 9x5 in. loaf pan. Bake 50 minutes. Remove from pan and cool before serving.
