Smoked Turkey Salad with Avocado Dressing

2 celery stalks, sliced
4 lettuce leaves
1/3 cup lowfat sour cream
1-1/3 tbsp mayonnaise
8-3/4 oz cherry tomatoes
1 lb baby new potatoes
1 medium avocado
2-2/3 tbsp French dressing
8-3/4 oz smoked turkey, chopped
2 medium avocados, chopped, extra

Cooking Directions:

Place potatoes in a steamer basket over boiling water. Cover pan and steam 10 minutes, or until tender. Set aside to cool. Place next 4 ingredients in a blender or food processor and process until smooth. Combine turkey with extra avocados, potatoes, celery, and tomatoes. Serve on lettuce and drizzle with dressing just before serving.
