Tuna in Orange-Ginger Marinade

Ingredients:

1/4 cup soy sauce
3 tbsp orange juice
1 tbsp orange zest
3 tbsp rice vinegar
2 tbsp sesame oil
1/3 cup ginger, grated or minced
1/2 lb fresh tuna, sliced in .5 in. fillets
2 tsp fresh chives, or cilantro or parsley

Cooking Directions:

Combine first 6 ingredients in a shallow dish. Add tuna slices and spoon marinade over. Marinate 30 minutes to 1 hour. Remove tuna fillets from marinade, discarding marinade. Sauté tuna over medium-high heat 1-2 minutes. Turn and sauté 1-2 minutes more. Garnish with chives. Note: You can substitute bass, swordfish, salmon, or bass for the tuna.
