I'm hoping to be able to converse with others with adult ADHD, learn a few stratagies to help cope with organizing, getting the most out of my life by following through on things I start and commit to, and general coping with my life as is.

ADHD is common and it can be treated with proper awareness and adequate treatment. Instead of going for pills and all kinds drugs, you can opt for the spiritual side of life through Yoga and Meditation. I have heard that it can really change the outlook of your life and bring about a sense of positive feeling will seep in. Try to do research on it and am sure it would be very beneficial for you. For your condition, today there are lot of remedies available and you know what, its not a serious problem at all. All you need is a little faith in your own abilities and keep up your confidence levels. You need to put that extra effort to lead to life that you are wishing for. There¿s always that bright light at the end of the tunnel. Isn¿t it? Get up and start to take a hold of your life at the earliest. A great life awaits you.
