Basmati Rice
Ingredients:
2 cups water
1/8 tsp saffron
1 cup basmati rice
Cooking Directions:Bring water to a boil in a saucepan over high heat. Stir in rice and saffron and immediately reduce heat to low. Cover and simmer 15-20 minutes, or until rice is tender and liquid is absorbed. Remove from heat and let stand 5 minutes, covered. Fluff with a fork before serving. |
