Bread Machine Lowfat Onion Potato Bread
Ingredients:
1/2 cup water
1/2 cup onion, chopped
1 tsp active dry yeast
1/4 tsp onion salt
1-3/4 cups bread flour
1/2 cup whole grain flour
1/2 cup potatoes, chopped
1/4 tsp salt
Cooking Directions:Preheat oven to 450°F. Place onion and potatoes in a steamer basket over boiling water. Cover pan and steam 12-15 minutes or until tender. Transfer to a bowl and mash. All ingredients are measured for a small loaf and should be at room temperature. Add all ingredients in order specified for your bread machine. Set on standard setting, medium or normal baking cycle. |
