Tomato and Fresh Ginger Salsa

Ingredients:

1 tsp sugar
2 tbsp rice vinegar
2 large tomatoes, seeded and chopped
1/4 cup scallions, thinly sliced
1/4 cup sweet onions, minced
2 tbsp ginger, peeled and finely chopped
1 tsp fish sauce, (nam pla)

Cooking Directions:

Combine all ingredients in a bowl. Season with salt and pepper to taste. Toss. Cover and refrigerate.
