I'm in the NYC Metropolitan area and joined NY Cares, a volunteer organization, 2 years ago. There's an amazing opportunity for people to volunteer at a facility called the Rivington House, in the lower east side. It's a long term care facility for those living with HIV and AIDS. Has anyone else ever heard of this facility?
