Almond Dijon Baked Chicken
Ingredients:
4 skinless chicken breast fillets
2 tbsp mayonnaise
1/2 cup almonds, chopped
2 tbsp Dijon mustard
Cooking Directions:Preheat oven to 375°F. Place chicken in a lightly greased baking pan. Blend mustard and mayo together and spread on top of chicken. Top with almonds. Bake for 20-25 minutes, or until chicken is cooked. |
