Lettuce with Avocado Cheese Dressing

Ingredients:

1 lb packaged salad
2 tbsp fat-free Italian dressing
1 ripe avocado, peeled, pitted and chopped
1 oz Roquefort cheese, or blue cheese, softened
1/2 cup lowfat cottage cheese

Cooking Directions:

Combine all ingredients, except lettuce, in a food processor or blender. Season with salt and pepper to taste and process until smooth. Serve avocado cream over lettuce.
