Lower Fat Turkey Avocado Melt

Ingredients:

8 slices whole wheat bread
1 cup fat-free creamy cucumber dressing
2 tomatoes, sliced
3/4 lb cooked turkey breast, or smoked turkey, thinly sliced
1 avocado, peeled and thinly sliced
1 cup shredded Monterey Jack cheese

Cooking Directions:

Turn on broiler. Arrange bread on a baking sheet and toast lightly 1 minute without turning. Spread dressing over toasted side of bread. Top with tomatoes and turkey. Arrange avocado slices in a spiral pattern over turkey and sprinkle with cheese. Broil 5 in. from heat source 1-2 minutes, or until cheese is bubbly.
