Pasta and Salmon Salad
Ingredients:
1 green bell pepper, seeded and chopped
2/3 cup celery, thinly sliced
1/2 lb small shell pasta
1/2 lb canned salmon, drained and flaked, bones discarded
3/4 cup fat-free honey dijon salad dressing
1/2 cup red onions, chopped
Cooking Directions:Cook pasta in a large pan of boiling water 8-10 minutes, or until al dente. Drain, rinse under cold water and drain again. Combine pasta, salmon and next 3 ingredients in a bowl. Pour dressing over salad and toss gently. |
