Turkey in Pita Bread

1/2 cup lowfat sour cream
1/2 tsp cumin seed
1-1/3 tbsp olive oil
2 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
1 green bell pepper, seeded and cut into thin strips
1 red bell pepper, seeded and cut into thin strips
1/2 lb garden salad
2 tbsp low sodium soy sauce
2 tbsp lime juice
1 large onion, cut into .5 in. rings
4 white pitas, warm and cut in half
1/2 cup prepared salsa
1 lb turkey breast fillets, cut into .25 in. strips

Cooking Directions:

Combine first 4 ingredients in a shallow dish. Add turkey strips and toss to coat. Marinate 30 minutes. Heat oil in a heavy nonstick skillet over medium high heat. Drain turkey strips, reserving marinade. Sauté turkey, bell peppers and onion 3-4 minutes or until turkey is browned. Stir in marinade and simmer until liquid is evaporated and turkey is cooked throughout. Stuff turkey filling into pitas with lettuce and top with salsa and sour cream.
