Super Burger Wraps

2 tbsp unsalted butter
1-1/2 lb ground beef
2 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
6 oz marinated artichokes, drained
1/3 cup mayonnaise
6 large flour tortillas, warmed
6 slices provolone cheese, or cheddar cheese
1/3 cup bottled roasted red bell peppers, drained and chopped

Cooking Directions:

Shape beef into 12 flat patties on wax paper. Season with salt and pepper to taste. Top half the patties with a slice of cheese and a spoonful of artichokes and peppers. Cover patties with another meat round, pinching edges together to enclose filling. Melt butter with Worcestershire sauce in a heavy skillet over medium heat. Working in batches if necessary, arrange burgers in skillet, without overcrowding, and sauté about 10 minutes, turning occasionally until cooked throughout. Transfer to a platter and keep warm. Spread mayonnaise over each tortilla and add burger. Fold tortillas, enclosing burger to make a packet.
