Texas Law: Changes Define Who Can Perform Cosmetic Procedures
Stephanie Johnson has been there and NOT done that. She was offered a Botox treatment at a hair and nail salon, but something just didn't feel right. After enough complaints, Texas lawmakers and the Texas Medical Board crafted a law targeting med-spas that don't have doctors, nurses or other health experts on hand to perform cosmetic procedures.
