Early swimming for kids can reportedly lead to better academic scores. A new study shows that kids who learn to swim at an early age attain better visual-motor skills and get higher scores in mathematics than kids who don't learn how to swim until later in life. Not only did the kids test better in these areas of development, they also develop faster physically.
